Sr. Pastor: Harold "Harry" Boldin

Pastor Harold "Harry" Boldin, shown here with his wife Althea (Phoebe), came to Clarkdale Baptist Church, April 18, 2004 when he was called as Pastor, on an interim basis. After leading the church through "40 Days of Purpose," and baptizing three new converts during the next four months, Pastor Harry was called as the permanent Pastor, August 26, 2004. Being fluent in Spanish as well as English, Pastor Boldin immediately began to reach out to the Hispanic community of Clarkdale and the surrounding area, and eventually initiated a ministry to Hispanics. Until it was terminated in 2007, this ministry resulted in ten Hispanic converts to Christ who were baptized into the membership of Clarkdale Baptist Church. Following the termination of that ministry, Clarkdale Baptist Church became the lead (sponsoring) church of a larger Hispanic ministry, the Verde Valley Hispanic Baptist Mission (VVHBM), in cooperation with the Southern Baptist Convention's North American Mission Board, the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention, the Yavapai Baptist Association, and other partnering Southern Baptist churches in Yavapai County, AZ. This ministry called Ramon Rodriguez, a native of Mexico and a graduate of the Mexican Baptist Theological Seminary in Mexico City, to be the Mission Pastor/Church Planter of this mission work. He is still serving in that capacity.

Since coming to Clarkdale Baptist Church, Pastor Boldin has baptized more than fifty converts.

Associate Pastor/Outreach: William "Bill" Minor

Associate Pastor for Outreach and Visitation, Bill Minor is the only Charter Member of Clarkdale Baptist Church who is still living in the Clarkdale/Cottonwood area and serving in a leadership ministry role. Bill is a former Pastor of Southern Baptist Churches in Arizona and New Mexico, as well as a High School science teacher for many years. Millie, his wife for 62 years, went home to be with the Lord in March of 2010.

Hispanic Mission Pastor/Church Planter: Ramon C. Rodriguez

In October, 2007, the Verde Valley Hispanic Baptist Mission (VVHBC), extended a call to Ramon Rodriguez (pictured above), a native of Mexico and a graduate of the Mexican Baptist Theological Seminary in Mexico City, to be the Mission Pastor/ Church Planter of this mission work. He is still serving in that capacity. Pastor Ramon, with his wife, Evelia and daughter Amy (pictured below), moved from Mexico to Arizona in November, and began to serve as Mission Pastor/Church Planter for the VVHBC in January, 2008 and continues to serve in that capacity. Since that time, Ramon has started four separate congregations or cell groups in Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, and the Village of Oak Creek. Prior to coming to Arizona, Ramon pastored Spanish-speaking Baptist churches in Mexico for seven years.

Deacon Ministry Chairman: George Rowley

George Rowley, pictured below with his wife Carol, is Clarkdale Baptist Church's Chairman of Deacons. Carol is the Assistant Church Treasurer.

Treasurer: John Burrows

John Burrows is the Treasurer for Clarkdale Baptist Church and the Verde Valley Hispanic Baptist Mission, of which Clarkdale Baptist Church is the primary sponsor and supporting church. John is also a Sunday School teacher for adult men, as well as the church's sound booth and media technician.

Music Minister: Robert "Bob" Windsor

Bob Windsor, shown below with his wife Angela, is the Music Director, as well as the Worship and Praise Leader for Clarkdale Baptist Church. Bob and Angela are both accomplished musicians (vocalists and guitarists). They sing together in soprano/baritone duet arrangements as well as solo arrangements. Bob is a prolific song writer and writes and arranges much of his music.
